Position Overview
As a Business & Data Analyst at sunRISE group inc., you will play a crucial role in translating complex data and analyses into actionable business insights. Working on cross-functional and cross-team projects, you’ll leverage your expertise to support business decision-making and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contributor to cross-functional projects, translating complex data and analysis into actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on business and financial data to guide strategic initiatives.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
- Experience as a key contributor in cross-functional projects with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in an operations-focused industry with 2+ years in Business Intelligence or Center-of-Excellence roles.
- High proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Experience in defining customer-focused outcomes, authoring business cases, and tracking value realization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a sense of urgency to develop solutions.
- Previous experience in datacenter infrastructure is a plus.
