Position Overview:
As a Cloud Security Architect at sunRISE group inc., you will play a critical role in helping our clients secure their cloud-based infrastructure environments. With a deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and enterprise security requirements, you will identify vulnerabilities, design robust security solutions, and implement security controls across various cloud and hybrid platforms. You will also collaborate with stakeholders and guide clients through both strategic and technical initiatives to defend against potential threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct technical security assessments for cloud-based infrastructures and platforms.
- Assist clients in designing and implementing security architectures, identity protections, cloud workflows, and countermeasures against security threats.
- Build and enhance scripts, tools, or methodologies for cloud security assessment and protection.
- Develop and present comprehensive technical reports and presentations for both technical teams and executive audiences.
- Provide expert guidance in developing containment and remediation strategies for cybersecurity incidents.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in information security and engineering, with a focus on cloud-based infrastructures.
- 3+ years of experience with tools used in security event analysis, incident response, computer forensics, or malware analysis.
- 2+ years of experience with networking, including TCP/IP protocols and networking topology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing scalable security controls for cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
- Knowledge of cloud-based secrets management and data protection strategies.
- Experience securing CI/CD pipelines and assessing security for containerized environments.
- Proficiency with programming or scripting languages and API interaction.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
