Position Overview:
As a Systems Architect at sunRISE group inc., you will play a key role in designing and developing data center platforms. Working closely with teams across data center operations, hardware design, and software architecture, you’ll ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and reliability. This position requires strong technical expertise in both hardware and software, along with the ability to guide projects from concept to production. You will be instrumental in crystallizing requirements and driving technical solutions to support the next generation of data center platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders from operations, manufacturing, and supply chains to define system requirements and ensure platform architecture supports business needs.
- Lead technical trade-off analysis, working with Hardware Design and Software Architecture teams to deliver robust data center solutions.
- Mentor and support a high-performing team in mastering hardware and software platform architecture.
- Identify operational risks in system design and work to mitigate them through cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee the validation and execution of system design requirements, from ideation to full deployment.
- Ensure alignment among diverse stakeholders through clear, consistent communication of project updates, challenges, and milestones.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in system architecture and design for data center platforms.
- Proven experience in taking platforms from concept to production.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and system development tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Expertise in executive-level planning and stakeholder representation.
- Experience as a Systems Architect for Machine Learning (ML) systems.
- Strong multi-tasking, communication, and leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to drive consensus and strategic decision-making, while navigating complex trade-offs.
